Guess how much I spoil my horse and little sisters?

08 Jun

We got my adorable little Knucklehead Sundance a fancy fly mask that looks ridiculous on him, and he was not happy about having this new thing put on his face. Plus he’s never heard the sound of velcro crackling. He got all riled up of course, ’cause he’s only two, and has most likely never seen a fly mask before, leopard print edging, or no leopard print edging.

That’s not him, of course. Sundance is a paint-appaloosa mix, and is very spotted.

I also found out a few days ago, that when it comes to hats, straw hats are both terrifying, and yummy. The knucklehead won’t let mine past his nose, unless I do some very careful smuggling, but he also thinks it’s edible, so I’m going to talk to Mr. D, my horseback riding instructor about it. Speaking of which…

Day after tomorrow Mr. D is going to come do his hooves, and me and him, we made a bargain about poor Sundance’s feet. I do a lot of extra work, lead rope tossing and lead rope whackings, and Mr. D will come trim Sundance’s feet.

All right gotta go… And play in the new Slip&Slide! Whoopie!!!!!!!!!
