I just have to rant for a few minutes.
Until last year, no other radio stations mattered (they were just blurs of sound.) except for NPR (National Public Radio) and KFKF (Country). Nothing else mattered, nothing else existed, and I had the verdict for the two. NPR is boring. It’s just a bunch of grownups named Robert Seagull and the like talking about fresh air, weird initials like KCUR, and people with British/Australian accents saying random things like:
“Suppoat foa NPR comes from Annie Nosinbloom, and, the ‘Unicorns, Incorporated’ foundation. To learn more go to kcur.org “
I made up the business and Annie Nosinbloom. But it was worse on KFKF. They had twenty minutes of commercials, and two or three songs. Gahhhh! I liked my country music at the time, until I found out about Klove. I was like, “Oh my gosh. This is different, but it’s better then KFKF.” The only advertizing Klove does is for it’s pledge drive, itself, concerts that it’s selling tickets for, and it’s business partners. WAY less stuff to advertise about, and now, I can’t listen to anything (anything being country music.)else without going, “Eeeehhhggg. This is horrible.”
I’ll stop now.
